Contract Computer Maintenance.
There are obviously large variations in support requirements, but our contracts are generally based on three levels.
- Bronze scheme. Geared to a 5 day working week with a maximum 6 hr response time to fault reports.
This is our base service, which is more than adequate for most business scenarios.
- Silver scheme. 5 day working week, guaranteed 'same day' call-out service. The scheme also
includes 2 GB of remote backup for you, on our own servers.
- Gold scheme. This is for mission-critical businesses, and provides 24 hour call-out support
for every day of the year. The fault-reporting system is 24/7, both online and telephone.
